Terms of Service

By creating an account on Reactly.co ("Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including free and paid subscribers.

Reactly provides automation software that connects to your Instagram Business account via Meta's official Graph API and sends Direct Messages to users who comment specified keywords on your posts or reels.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must own or be authorised to manage the Instagram Business account you connect.
• Your Instagram account must comply with Instagram's Community Guidelines and Terms of Use.

You agree to use the Service only to send legitimate, welcome DMs to users who have voluntarily commented on your public content. You must not use Reactly to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten any user
• Violate Meta's Platform Policy or Instagram's Terms of Use
• Send phishing links, malware, or fraudulent offers
• Promote illegal products or services
• Automate DMs to users who have not engaged with your content

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account. Notify us immediately at legal@reactly.co if you suspect unauthorised access.

• The Free plan is provided at no charge with defined limits (50 DMs/month, 1 page).
• Paid plans (Starter, Pro) are billed monthly in advance.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details.
• You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Each plan has a monthly DM limit. When the limit is reached, automations pause automatically. Unused DMs do not roll over. Limit resets on the 1st of each month.

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, Meta API downtime, or force-majeure events may affect availability. We are not liable for missed DMs due to service interruptions.

All software, design, and content on Reactly.co is owned by Reactly and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Service. Your content (keywords, message templates) remains yours.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, Meta's Platform Policy, or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or that Meta will continue to allow our API integrations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reactly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
