Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of your data, including data obtained through Facebook / Instagram Login.

What data Reactly holds

  • Your name and email address
  • Your Instagram username, biography, and profile picture URL
  • A Facebook Page access token used to send DMs (revocable at any time)
  • Automation keywords and DM message templates you created
  • DM delivery logs (recipient ID, message, timestamp) — kept 90 days

Option 1 — Delete via your account (fastest)

  1. Log in to reactly.co/login
  2. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account
  3. Click Delete account at the bottom of the page
  4. Confirm the deletion — all your data is permanently removed within 30 days

Option 2 — Revoke access from Facebook

You can revoke Reactly's access to your Facebook/Instagram data directly from Facebook:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
  2. Find Reactly in the list
  3. Click Remove

This immediately revokes our access token. We will no longer be able to send DMs. To also delete your stored profile and automation data, use Option 1 or email us below.

Option 3 — Email request

Email us at privacy@reactly.co with subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

Include your registered email address or Instagram username. We will confirm deletion within 7 business days and complete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account record (name, email, plan)
  • All connected Instagram page data and access tokens
  • All keyword automation rules and DM templates
  • All DM delivery logs associated with your account

We may retain anonymised, aggregated statistics (e.g. total DMs sent platform-wide) that cannot identify you.
